Top Fitness Gym at Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur.

Fitness is important..


Today I went to gym as usual. The Top Fitness Gym located at sec. 2 Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur and own by Ray. I liked it there. The gym quite small and used the second hand equipments, almost of them.  Even in that condition, but I found out it very comfortable and cozy. Yes, I checked out other gym with greater space and fancy equipment, but there, it felt like home. The crowds are friendly, not like other gym and Ray such a talkative person. It’s fun. I have been training there for almost 2 months. RM 4.00 will be charge for walk-in rate and RM 70.00 for membership for a month. I followed the standard regiments for muscle building which divided by 3 parts. First regiment focuses on muscles for triceps and chests, second regiment for biceps, waist and back, and last regiment for shoulders and legs.  1 day for 1 regiment. 3 regiments will total 1 cycle and do it all over again. Each regiment takes about 45-60 minutes and do not exceed 60 minute or you will be over training. Over training will lead to muscles pain and decreasing the rate of muscles growth.  I strongly recommend take a rest for at least a day after completing a cycle. It helps your muscles heal and built a stronger base.

  3. Looking good and nice. A gym must be suitable physically and mentally to give the good results for its members. Unhealthy environment of a gym will affect the health and fitness of members and they will leave it indeed.
